Yeah, laugh it up. I’m a 26 year old male that sleeps with Sanrio Plushies.
Now that we’re done laughing (maybe)… These are two special plushies to me. The My Melody plush I got in 2009 and long story short (if you want the whole story, ask…), it was pretty much returned to me after making a trip halfway across the country so I believe it is supposed to stay with me forever.
The small Hello Kitty plush though is by far the most important plush I own. It’s the first Kitty plush I ever owned, and it was given to me by someone that I tried dating in 2003. Due to circumstances beyond our control, things didn’t really work out back then. But the Kitty holds a heart… I suppose that the heart held some feeling there across the span of 6 years as we gave it another shot in October 2010 and have been happy since then. My sweet Aura gave me this Kitty a long time ago and I will have it as long as I live.
